Sickness policy- We ask each client to cancel your appointment whey they are not feeling well. If you are experiencing any of the following contagious sickness please reschedule and send me a text: Diarrhea, Measles , Mumps, Meningitis, Vomiting , Fever, Chicken Pox, Hepatitis A, Rubella, Cojunctivitis, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Pollio, Ringworms of any kind, Meningococcal Disease, Thrush, Scabies, whooping cough, Common colds, or Covid symptom.
First-Time Clients- Please arrive 5 mins early to your appointment. Please send me a text 863-661-1834 to let me know you have arrived and remain in your vehicle , until I send a text back that says you may come in. Late arrivals may result in a loss of treatment! Please consider traffic, location & parking.
- if this is your first visit , or receiving a new service a new service, or if it’s been more than 12 months since your last visit, please complete the intake form available in the menu section and submit. Also please follow up with a text that lets me know you have read this section and that you completed the intake.
When scheduling -an appointment please schedule with the name and contact information of the client getting a treatment, along with a correct cell phone number and email address.
Cancelations-if you are unable to keep your appointment , PLEASE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, to avoid a 20.00 rescheduling fee. Any appointment changes less than 4 hours before your scheduled appointment will insure a last minute cancelation/reschedule fee of 20.00.
I do my best to have a text appointment reminder - sent out the day before your appointment , it is required to CONFIRM , CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE your appointment. However, clients are responsible for keeping track of their appointments. The text reminders are a courtesy and may or may not be sent . CANCELATION, RESCHEDULING, AND NO CALL/NO SHOW FEES WILL STILL APPLY.
A NO SHOW/NO CALL -will require a 20.00 reschedule fee and require a 25.00 deposit to schedule a new appointment and to compensate the therapist for loss time. The deposit will be deducted form the service total. The deposit will be lost and non refundable in the event of a last minute rescheduling, last minute cancelation,or a no call/no show. Payment will be due before scheduling future appointments and your online booking ability may be restricted.
IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY- A CANCELATION, RESCHEDULE,OR NO SHOW/NO CALL, OR SERVICE DEPOSIT , PLEASE DO SO BEFORE BOOKING YOUR NEXT TREATMENT. INCLUDE IN THE NOTE SECTION THAT YOUR FEE HAS BEEN PAID. IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FLAGGED FOR FEES THAT ARE NOT PAID BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT , YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.
WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENTS WITH A VOUCHER OR GIFT CERTIFICATE, PLEASE INCLUDE THE VOUCHER NUMBER OR CODE IN THE NOTE SECTION, ALONG WITH ANY OTHER INFORMATION YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO KNOW, ALLERGIES, HEALTH INFO ECT.

ANY INSINUATIONS,JOKES, GESTURES,CONVERSATION OR REQUEST OTHERWISE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR SESSION AND A REFUSAL OF ANY AND ALL SERVICES IN THE FUTURE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE FEE REGARDLESS OF THE LENGTH OF YOUR SESSION. DEPENDING ON THE BEHAVIOR EXHIBITED WE MAY ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES IF NECESSARY.
